In 1992, Basha Roberts and Bill Roberts combined their business and technology expertise and founded LexTech, Inc. The business serves a broad range of clients, ranging from startups, large corporations, local, state and federal governments, and non-profits. The company is recognized for its ability to combine cutting edge technology with improved business practices.

During the 1990s the company grew by 150% and was providing products and services to a wide variety of clients in 16 states. In 2005, the company adopted a mobile work force and experienced a 40% growth in production. By 2012, LexTech had grown to include customers in 25 states and several prime defense contractors.

Lextech, Inc. also develops software including its unique Construction Administrative Software and Bid Analysis Software.
